Privacy Policy

Block Puzzle Cozy is published by Prismatic Apps. This policy describes the data processed when you use the app, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we do not collect

The app works without any account or server: your games, progress, settings and gem balance are stored on your device only. We have no access to any of this data, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Your progress (gems, unlocks, records) is also saved to your personal iCloud space so it survives a reinstall. This data is managed by Apple within your account; we have no access to it.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows ads served by Google AdMob: ad screens between some games, and optional videos you choose to watch in exchange for a bonus. To serve and measure these ads, Google may process identifiers from your device (including the advertising identifier) and usage data. These operations are described in Google's privacy policies.

• Consent: on first launch, a consent screen (GDPR) lets you accept or refuse personalised ads. On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission is also requested before any tracking.
• Changing your mind: you can update your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy and consent inside the app.
• Without consent, only non-personalised ads may be shown.

The “Remove ads” purchase permanently removes ad screens; bonus videos remain available only if you choose to watch them.

In-app purchases

Purchases (gems, themes, ad removal) are handled entirely by Apple's App Store. We neither receive nor store any payment data. Terms and refunds are governed by the Apple Media Services terms.

Leaderboard (Game Center)

If you sign in to Game Center, your best score is sent to the leaderboard operated by Apple, associated with your Game Center nickname. This feature is optional; the game is fully playable without it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding your data. For data processed by Google (advertising), the most direct way is to withdraw your consent in the app settings and reset your advertising identifier in your device settings. Children

The app is not specifically directed at children and does not knowingly collect data about them.

This policy may evolve with the app. The current version is always published at this address, with its update date.
