By installing or using Block Puzzle Cozy (“the app”), published by Prismatic Apps, you accept these terms.
Licence
The app is licensed to you on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis, for private, non-commercial use. Decompiling, modifying or extracting its content is prohibited, except where permitted by law.
In-app purchases and virtual currency
- Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store; refund requests follow Apple's procedure.
- “Gems” are a strictly virtual currency: they have no real monetary value, cannot be exchanged or refunded, and are tied to the device on which they were obtained.
- Unlocked content (themes, ad removal) can be restored on a new device through the “Restore purchases” feature, within the limits of Apple's services.
Availability
The app works offline. Some features (ads, purchases, leaderboard) depend on third-party services and may be temporarily or permanently unavailable, without giving rise to any compensation. We may change or discontinue the app at any time.
Intellectual property
The app, its graphics, themes, sounds and name are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of Prismatic Apps or its licensors.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Prismatic Apps cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from its use, including the loss of progress data stored locally on your device.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
